Marlow & Finch is a British boutique specialising in Western boots for women. We carry a small, carefully picked range rather than an endless catalogue, and every style is chosen because we would wear it ourselves.
Why we started
Good Western boots are surprisingly hard to buy in the UK. The high street carries a couple of token pairs each autumn, and everything else means ordering blind from overseas, guessing at the sizing, and hoping the pair that arrives looks anything like the photograph.
We thought there was room for something simpler: a shop that does one thing, stocks it properly, and tells you honestly how it fits.
What we sell
Western boots for women, and nothing else. Ankle and mid-shaft styles on block heels, across black, white, brown, khaki, pink and washed blue.
We keep the range deliberately small. Every pair on the site has earned its place, and if a style doesn't hold up we stop selling it rather than leaving it in the catalogue to pad out the numbers.
Our mission
To make well-made Western boots straightforward to buy in the UK — clear sizing guidance on every product page, honest photographs, prices in GBP with no surprises at checkout, and someone at the other end of an email who actually knows the difference between a roper heel and a walking heel.
Our vision
A pair of boots you reach for for years, not a pair you wear twice and forget. We would rather sell you one pair that fits properly than three that don't.
How we work
We are a small independent team. There is no call centre and no script — the person answering your email is the same person choosing the stock.
Every pair ships with tracked delivery and comes with a 30-day return window, on top of your statutory right to cancel within 14 days. If the fit isn't right, send them back and we'll sort it out.

Marlow & Finch is our UK-facing brand: we sell to customers across the United Kingdom, price in GBP, and handle UK returns through our returns address in Shropshire.
